RentAnything is built on trust, respect, and good neighbors. Here is how we keep it that way.

Being a Good Neighbor

DO
  • Treat rented items as if they were your own.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Be punctual for pickups and returns.
  • Return items clean and in the condition you received them.
DON'T
  • Keep an item longer than the agreed booking period.
  • Ignore messages from owners or renters.
  • Lend the rented item to a third party.
  • Return items dirty or damaged without reporting it.

Listing Items

DO
  • Provide accurate and detailed descriptions.
  • Upload clear, recent photos of the actual item.
  • Disclose any existing defects or quirks.
  • Set a fair price and reasonable security deposit.
DON'T
  • List prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, etc.).
  • Use misleading stock photos.
  • Cancel bookings last minute without a valid reason.
  • Ask for payments outside the platform (except deposit if agreed).
